Persons with disabilities are most at risk of exclusion and marginalisation in education. This session aims at exploring strategies to ensure that the vision outlined in Article 24 of the UNCRPD, as well as SDG 4, is attained.
教育において障がい者は排除や周縁化を受ける可能性が高いです。このセッションでは、SDG 4（質の高い教育をみんなに）だけでなくUNCRPD Article 24（国連障がい者権利条約24条インクルーシブ教育）のビジョンを達成する戦略を探ります。

- Aligning national, regional and global education targets: benchmarks for SDG 4
（国、地域、世界の教育ターゲットを整理する～SDG 4の基準）

GEM Report, UNESCO and the UNESCO Institute for Statistics, featuring education policy makers and representatives from international organizations tasked with supporting governments to implement, monitor and report on education policies and sector plans to achieve SDG 4. Sharing insights on the new regional benchmarks, the national benchmarks and their alignment with education sector plans, and the future use of benchmarks for reporting, filling data gaps, and policy dialogue.
教育行政者や国際機関代表を呼び、SDG4を達成するための教育政策やセクター計画をモニタリング・報告します。新しい地域基準、国内基準や教育セクター計画の整理の知見を共有し、報告・格差の是正、政策対話に基準をどう使うのかを共有します。
