Interuniversity Network Supporting the UNESCO Associated Schools Project Network (ASPUnivNet)

ASPUnivNet refers to a network of universities in Japan that provide support for UNESCO ASPnet activities through their respective areas of academic and professional expertise.

The National Federation of UNESCO Associations in Japan (NFUAJ)

Comprising approximately 270 UNESCO associations and clubs nationwide, the NFUAJ instigates and leads non-governmental UNESCO activities in Japan and abroad. The NFUAJ provides various forms of support including supplying schools with educational resources and tools, dispensing grants for UNESCO ASPnet, and fostering UNESCO-based collaborations with local communities.

Secretariat for the UNESCO ASPnet in Japan

Commissioned by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), the Secretariat for UNESCO ASPnet in Japan facilitates a wide range of UNESCO ASPnet activities. This encompasses the dissemination of information on UNESCO ASPnet schools, collaborations with other UNESCO affiliates such as the Interuniversity Network Supporting the UNESCO Associated Schools Project Network (ASPUnivNet) and the National Federation of UNESCO Associations in Japan (NFUAJ), the administrative processing of ASPnet membership applications, as well as the provision of support for existing ASPnet member schools.
