Launched under the UNESCO framework, the global campaign 2025 Youth Innovation: Collaborating to Improve and Protect our Planet (CIPP), organized by International Center for UNESCO ASPnet(ICUA)\u203b<\/sup>, builds on the success of its inaugural edition in 2024, which received more than 30,000 creative submissions from children and youth across 12 countries and regions. The upcoming edition, running from June 2025 to January 2026, will adopt the theme \u201cEnvironmental and Cultural Sustainability\u201d, inviting children and youth aged 5 to 17 to explore the interconnection between environmental protection and cultural heritage through creativity and innovation.<\/p>\n

<How Can Students Participate?>
\nParticipants aged 5-17 are encouraged to submit original works in one of several formats, including:<\/p>\n

– Paintings
\n– Crafts
\n– Science posters
\n– Solutions
\n– AI short videos<\/p>\n

All written or spoken content must be presented in English or Chinese.<\/p>\n

The campaign welcomes submissions that explore one or more of the following six key themes:<\/p>\n
